Both parents are AKC registered. No AKC papers are provided for the puppies, as we do not sell to breeders.
Home Raised with Love
Our dogs live in our home and in little temperature controlled condos outside (next to out home). It is not wise for a breeder to have three males and in heat dogs running around in their home. Breeders need to keep certain males with certain females. Keeping all the dogs in the house forces breeders to use crates. We would never use any crate unless we are taking a dog to the vet. Visitors see the living conditions.

A Small, Dedicated Florida Kennel
We are a classy, small Florida kennel located next to The Villages that breeds short coat and long coat Chihuahua puppies. We breed many colors including blues, merles, brindles, and chocolates — but exclusively breed Chihuahuas.
Our dogs do not live in a bedroom or garage in crates like most breeding dogs do. Someone is always home with these dogs and puppies. We never leave our dogs alone and do not go on vacations. These dogs are our life.
We encourage personal pickup at our home — we are very proud to show off the living conditions of our AKC dogs and have buyers meet the parents and see the relatives. For those that cannot visit, we meet people at the airport and hand deliver.
